Flying Through the Clouds, an Aerometrex Sortie
Aerial photography and the cloud(s) have a love hate relationship. We love the diffuse lighting they provide and capture under them, we hate when they are under our long lens high altitude cameras.
The same applies to the technology version of the cloud, we love the cloud for the constant uptime and ability to serve data rapidly to our clients, but loath the extra operational expense processing every pixel (only some of which we can monetise) in the cloud.
This presentation outlines the Aerometrex foray into various cloud providers from the early days, where we are now and where we would like to go.
Come along 5:30pm for kick off at 6:00pm at Stone & Chalk, Lot Fourteen on Wednesday the 22nd September.
Cheers,
Rick, Bridie and Andy
